Q.   Are all of your products authentic?
A.   YES. All of our products are 100% authentic.

Q.   What is the shoe size listed based on?
A.   Our shoe sizes listed are MENS US sizes. Please refer to our size conversion chart.

Q.   Do you do phone orders?
A.   Sorry, we do not do phone orders. We sell our merchandise exclusively at our online store or at our three store front locations.

Q.   Do you do presale?
A.   Sorry, we do not do presales. We sell our merchandise on a first come, first serve basis.
 
Q.   When will my order ship?
A.   We ship Monday, Wednesday, Friday.

Q.   How much is tax?
A.   Tax depends on your location. Canadian Orders - Tax will depend on your province's rates. (EG. Vancouver 12%, Toronto 13%) US and International orders - NO TAX. Customs & duty charges are the recipient's responsibility.
 
Q.   Will I receive tracking for my order?
A.   Yes we send tracking for all our orders once they have been picked up by Fedex or you can use our Order Tracker.

Q.   How does ‘In-Store Pickup’ work?
A.  ‘In Store Pickup’ allows you to pay online for a product and have that product shipped FREE of charge to your local Livestock.
 
Q.  Do you accept returns?
A.   Yes, we accept the return of unworn and undamaged goods for in store credit or exchange. Please email us HERE prior to returning any goods.
 
Q.  How do I know if this item will fit?
A.  Please contact one of our customer service representatives HERE for questions regarding sizing and fit.
 
Q.  I have seen a product online. Does my local Livestock have it in stock?
A.   Please refer to the  "IN-STORE product check function" on each individual product page to see which stores have your item in store. You may also call your local Livestock to inquire about the availability of products.
