In addition to this special edition McQueen collaboration, We are honored to have Mighty Crown create a custom mix exclusively for CLAE’s Five By Five Series mixtape project. This custom soundscape serves as the inspiration for a visual art piece by our talented friend, the legendary graffiti artist turned abstract painter, West One.”

Dj Hedspin takes on the World tomorrow @ the Commodore Ballroom for Redbull 3 Style World Finals

Getting to know … Jeff Staple
To coincide with Staple and Reed Space design coming to the shelves at Livestock, specifically the new Stapleton Reed Space X Penfield Jacket, we wanted to shed some light on the man behind it all. Founded in 1997 and based in the Lower East Side of New York City is the Design studio – Staple Design, the brain child of Jeff Staple. Check this great video put together by Canadian creative collective Eighteen Eighty, covering the founding of the brand, their design philosophies, and inspiration behind it all.

Youth Factory – Merida Spain
Pretty cool concept the regional Government and community designers have put to work in Merida Spain. They have named the area the “Youth Factory” or “Factoria Joven” and it looks like an amazing outlet for youths to burn off some steam or get creative in a safe environment, instead of the back streets of Spanish cities. The space was designed by Madrid Based Selgascano Architects, using recycled furniture and inexpensive building materials. There is also a computer lab and dance studio, both 800 square meters in size. What do you think?
