Policies

Payments:

Livestock accepts payment through Paypal exclusively for online orders, all major credit cards are accepted and can be used to pay through pay pal . In the event of payment received through Paypal as an “echeck” the order will not ship until the payment has cleared from the bank account to the Paypal account. All orders shipping within Canada are subject to the individual Province’s tax, taxes do not apply to both International and US orders. Livestock does not accept credit card payments over the phone or via email.

Currency:

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollar.

Shipping:

All duties, customs and taxes incurred when items are shipped internationally are the responsibility of the customer. Due to Canadian law Livestock does not mark down the value of items, nor do we mark items as “gift”. If you have any inquiries regarding duties, customs and taxes in your country, contact your local customs office.

Exchanges/Returns:

Livestock will accept returns for store credit and exchanges within 7 days of item delivery as long as the return item has not been worn and is in the same condition it was when shipped out. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and will not be refunded, unless otherwise arranged.
