Using original shaped skate decks as canvas’, artists across the world will put in their two cents in order to be a Contributor of this traveling art show. The “Smile On Your Brother” show, conceived by Mike Giles and Annie Lam and co-curated by Bob Kronbauer of Club Mumble, serves as a fundraiser for the 1.6 million kids living in poverty in Canada. The 50 custom decks, which were auctioned off, raised money for a 100 skateboards to give to kids, in hope of giving them some positive encouragement. The show, which began on the 24th of August, starts off its journey at Livestock in Vancouver, going through Momentum in Saskatchewan, Livestock in Toronto, Off The Hook in Montreal finally ending up in Quebec City at the Morgan Bridge Gallery.

The list of artists include Chinatown Soccer Club, Parra, Don Pendleton, Thomas Campbell, Andrew Pommier, Mike Perry, Julien Valee and Bruxe Design among others.
