Shipping Rates
We ask our customers to allow us 3-5 business days of processing time to assemble your order before it ships. However, during our sales and the holiday season, Livestock experiences a higher volume of orders than usual, and we kindly ask that customers allow 7 business days for orders to be processed. Tracking will be sent via email and can be tracked on the Canada Post or FedEx websites, or our online order tracker here.

All shipping rates are listed in Canadian Dollars. All duties, customs and taxes incurred when items are shipped internationally are the responsibility of the customer. Due to Canadian law, Livestock does not mark down the value of items, nor do we mark items as "gift." If you have any inquiries regarding duties, customs and taxes in your country, please contact your local customs office.

FREE In-Store Pick Up
The "In-Store Pick Up" option allows you to pay online for a product and have that product shipped free of charge to your local Livestock. The process takes 4-7 business days depending on where the item is coming from. As soon as your order is ready for pick up, you will receive an automated email notification. Unfortunately, at this time we do not supply tracking numbers for "In-Store Pick Up" orders.
Release Product Exclusions
Release Products are limited edition items that are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation.
Release Products do not qualify for free shipping and a $10 shipping charge will be automatically applied upon checkout.
Our “In-Store Pick Up” option is not always available for Release Products and may differ from release to release. When restrictions apply, a final sale disclaimer with our terms and conditions will be included in the item’s product description.
Raffle Product Exclusions
Raffle Products are not eligible for return, exchange, cancellation or in-store pickup.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, curbside pick up is currently being offered via appointment only. Once you have been notified that your order is ready for pick-up, you may book your appointment here.
