Extended Holiday Return Policy
From November 14th, return any online orders by January 7th, 2025. Excludes final sale and launch products.

Livestock will accept items back for exchange or return on all regular-priced items within 14 days, provided the item(s) meet the return conditions:

- New
- Unwashed
- Unworn
- Original tags still attached
- Product is in its original packaging

To initiate a return for an online purchase, please visit our returns page to submit a request.

You may return products purchased online to any of our store locations.

For online returns, approval may take up to 5 business days and requests may be declined if items do not satisfy the requirements of our Return Policy. The original shipping charge, as well as the cost of return shipping, will be deducted from the original purchase amount and a restocking fee may apply.

What is excluded from returns:
Release Products, Raffle Products, products of personal hygiene (such as headwear, eyewear, jewelry, socks and underwear), discounted/promotional merchandise and items marked Final Sale, are not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation.

Any item(s) not received back in the condition and packaging in which it was purchased may be refused or subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Price Matching
If you find a lower price on an identical product (brand, product code and size) currently offered at any local retail website we will match the price, as long as both the competitor website and Livestock still carry the size of that product and as long as a request is made before the purchase — or within the return period. We reserve the right to refuse to price match any product and we do not price match in-store purchases. This price matching is available for online purchases only.

Old in-store pick up orders
All in-store pick up orders that have been left on-site at any of our store locations for longer than 1 month may be subject to a restocking fee and products may be added back to inventory.

Bot Activity
Sequential orders are often indicative of bot activity and will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any cancelled orders or refused shipments may be subject to a 25% restocking fee, in addition to any shipping charges associated with the shipment.
