New Balance has taken to the drawing board to introduce a minimal, deconstructed version of their classic NB 996 model. Designated as the "696 Reengineered", the sleek silhouette is built out of a single piece of perforated suede, which allows for maximum breathability. The shoe comes with rawhide leather laces as well as a branded leather tongue tab.  The New Balance REVlite midsole it sits on is designed to be extremely durable and lightweight, making it a perfect every day shoe.
